Counting Stars Cover (1st attempt

Hello everybody!

Happy February (oh goodness, it’s been a month!)

I know that it’s been some time since my last update. I’ve got so much backlog to do (accumulated from last year). I’m so glad that I am finally graduating this year and probably will have more time to breathe, travel and blog on this space much more often. I hope so far this year has been treating you well. I have been so busy that sometimes I just wish to have some space for myself just to chill and do nothing. I am hopping to have a solo trip this year and we shall see how it goes.

How’s everyone doing? & any travel plans for the year? Do share with me by commenting below!

Till then (about April!)

2013 in review

6 Jan

Hello there! This post came a little late but nonetheless, THANKS everyone whom read my blog, commented and liked my post.

The stats helper monkeys prepared a 2013 annual report for this blog.

Here’s an excerpt:

The concert hall at the Sydney Opera House holds 2,700 people. This blog was viewed about 11,000 times in 2013. If it were a concert at Sydney Opera House, it would take about 4 sold-out performances for that many people to see it.

Quick update

21 Aug

Hi there,

Hope you guys are still around watching this space. Pardon that I was very busy with school and work the past month and didn’t had time to update on my Vietnam post. I’m in the midst of updating and hopefully i can finish blogging about my Vietnam travelogue soon.

A quick update for you guys and have a blessed week ahead 🙂 Stay tuned to this space!

[p.s. I am heading to Genting, Malaysia this weekend! Wheee!]

Just to Share :) Nana’s Green Tea Lunch Time Special

15 Jun

Hello there!

My Vietnam post will be scheduled for post on Sunday and thereafter I will be very busy with both my work and studies at the same time so please pardon me for the hiatus for the next 1 month.

If you remember, I posted a review of Nana’s Green Tea, Singapore @Plaza Singapura some time in January. If you didn’t read it, don’t worry, just click here to check out the post.

I haven’t had the chance to try the other dishes yet but will probably head there soon again. My office is kind of near plaza singapura and Nana’s Green Tea is having lunch time special (that means I probably can head there for lunch soon). Well, talking about it now, I kind of miss the beef don I had the last time round.

The promotion is for weekday set lunch. All you have to do is to order a main course (that’s above SGD$8) and you can choose any kind of beverages from the menu [see the flyer below!]. Isn’t it awesome to have matcha (green tea) drink after a meal? There are researches that claims Matcha provides many health benefits  (if you want to find out more, just Google it). So after a heavy meal, wouldn’t it be nice to drink a cup of matcha to aid in digestion?

And maybe they can have a dinner promotion soon too?

Till then.

Happy Blessed New Year 2013!

1 Jan

Hello there!

Happy Blessed New Year to each and every one of you whom is reading this right now 🙂

I pray that this year you and your family will have an amazing year ahead;  filled with love, happiness, peace and health.

And yes! It’s time to reveal my travelling plans so far! (I’m getting really excited!)

Here are a few places I’ll be travelling:
Jan- Bintan
Jan- Legoland, Malaysia
May- Vietnam

I’m really excited for all these trips just cause it’s going to my first! Not only that, Vietnam is going to be my FIRST backpacking trip with a friend 🙂 And we are planning to travel up north from Saigon to Hanoi.

So, if any of you have been to Vietnam, do leave me a comments/links or where are the places I should travel to/visit etc., I’ll be more than happy to know. (Yay! are you as excited as me?)

Now, talking about new year’s resolution. I didn’t make much resolution this year and one of it includes blogging more, completing my travel log (BKK & Taiwan) this 2013. Have you made any new year’s resolution? If you have, you can leave a comment below & share with me too.

That’s all for now. Look forward to a good, amazing 2013! 🙂

With love,

2012 in review

31 Dec

Hello my dear readers!

Before I move on to sharing you guys my new travelling plans for this year in another post, WordPress has help me to summarise my activities this year! 🙂

The stats helper monkeys prepared a 2012 annual report for this blog.

Here’s an excerpt:

600 people reached the top of Mt. Everest in 2012. This blog got about 2,400 views in 2012. If every person who reached the top of Mt. Everest viewed this blog, it would have taken 4 years to get that many views.

Click here to see the complete report.

I’m really thankful for each and every one of you whom read this lil’ space of mine, those of you whom liked, whom commented, it just made my day when I know that people are reading and enjoying what I’m writing.

So THANK YOU for 2012! I’m really looking forward to 2013! 🙂
